Meet Our Team
Lauryn Copeland is a Finance & Marketing major. She is the Vice President of the Investment Club at McNeese State University. She has worked in the past as a freelance writer, graphic designer, and photographer for multiple companies and organizations.
Food, traveling, memes, and music are a few of her favorite things, and she is a proud dog mom. If lost, you can probably find her up to no good.
Daniel Castillo is an Accounts Receivable Analyst at a large high-risk worker's compensation insurance agency. He's also a devout piano, guitar, and bass player. If lost, you can find him honing his instrument and speech skills.
Rachel is a Political Science & History major at the University of Louisiana at Lafayette. She has worked for La Louisiane as a Student editor, is a Chrisler-Levine award winning writer, a Contributor for Human Defense Initiative and a Conservative Columnist for The Vermilion. Andrew, or Drew as his friends call him, has a deep passion for Jesus, coffee, and all things politics. He is majoring in Organizational Communication at the University of Louisiana at Lafayette. Drew is passionate about connecting with and shaping the mindset of his generation. You’ll find him reading a book in a gliding rocking chair, sipping great coffee with his dog, Sicily, at his feet. Logan is a junior in high school. He has previously worked on yearbook staff at his school and is involved in the Young Leaders program at his church. Logan developed an interest in politics and current events through the influence of his family. He is passionate about Starbucks, dogs, and music. If lost, he's probably hidden in a drum cage.
Hayley is a secondary English teacher with a Masters Degree in Teaching and Bachelor of Arts degrees in English and Theatre Arts. She has previously worked as a writer on McNeese State University’s newspaper & yearbook staff. Hayley loves traveling, coffee, music and reading any book she can get her hands on.
